EDUCATION for children in uganda
Our Fund partners with Orthodox Africa on expanding educational access for vulnerable children in Uganda. Father Silouan Brown, Founder and Executive Director of Orthodox Africa, makes a profound impact through his leadership of the St. John Mission Center in Kampala, Uganda. As part of his broader work, he founded to help missions and schools become self‑sustaining and establishing educational and vocational programs that empower families and strengthen the local community.
Through our collaboration, which started only in 2023, currently 35 children in Uganda, many of them orphans or destitute, are now able to attend school regularly. This support not only opens doors to education but also helps break the cycle of poverty and contributes to meaningful, long‑term community development.
Why Your Support Matters
When you give to this education mission in Africa, you are doing more than meeting immediate needs, you are investing in long‑term transformation:
Every donation creates opportunities for children who would otherwise be left behind.
Education empowers entire communities, not just individuals.
Sustainable mission development ensures these programs will grow and thrive for years to come.
Your generosity becomes part of a ripple effect that brings hope, dignity, and stability to families in Uganda.
With your compassionate action we can change young lives and nurture thriving Orthodox communities in Africa.
